Well after speaking to a super helpful nice gentleman that owns a local bookstore near me, he was sweet enough to call the distributor/printing company directly who told him they are no longer printing omnibus anymore. I’m not entirely certain if that only applies to that specific omnibus only or if that also applies to omnibus 1-3.. I figured I would update on my findings, so if you happen to stumble upon vol 4 in a nearby bookstore, new or used, I would snag. My hunt shall continue, thank you to all who helped and commented on my previous post. ((:

I’m unsure how to continue working 54+ hours a week with one day off that’s Sunday when I can’t schedule anything. For context, I have worked overtime hours willingly and unwillingly when I was in the veterinary field for four years. I surely experienced burnout, but I was also still getting two days off a week while pulling 12 hour shifts five days a week. Since starting this remote office position, I was told this company hired over 900 people and because of their negligence with on boarding, I had little to no real training and practically got thrown into my position. After a crash course of training, within a month of fully being in my position, I was told that I had to complete an extra 14 hours of overtime on top of my 40 hour work week. I cannot work more than 10 hours a day, and 4 of those hours NEED to be worked on the weekend. Never in my life have I been told I have mandatory overtime with rules in place on how to work said overtime. I also was NEVER given an end date of this mandatory OT. It’s now been half a year and I’m beyond burned out, and feel like my mental health is on a downward spiral. I don’t believe I stated I struggle with mental health during hiring, so is there a professional way of saying I need my weekends back due to my mental health and burnout? I don’t see a therapist because of costs and I work hours they’re opened anyways, I dont need mental health solutions just suggestions and support on how to approach management.
