I was just rewatching the Fever/Mercury "pointing game" and I was wondering why it was being broadcast with the Phoenix announcers, instead of the Fever.... Considering that it was a Fever home game? Isn't it customary to have the home teams announcers? I haven't gone back thru all the home games but I am sure this isn't the only time it's happened. I really haven't heard Pat and Debbie much at all.
I thought you guys were kidding about the ban-o-rama going on over there. I got banned for suggesting Steph White should be standing up for her team and getting a tech, like Cheryl R would.
Guys, what happened? I decided to drive by today after going to the Hiawatha market, and I couldn't believe my eyes. It used to be nicely manicured with so many beautiful flowers in all the beds. Now it just looks completely abandoned. Trellises are falling over, the beds are overgrown and there are dumpy looking picnic tables just kind of scattered around. I know they moved the farmer's market, but to just let everything else go to crap? Why?
