I woke up one day without the feelings in my lungs. Can not feel my breath and my breath also lost its calming effects. Important this is not air hunger or something.

I was wondering if anyone else has this and did you see a doc for it. And what was there conclusion.

I remember some people who were diagnosed with sfn. And am wondering if this could be part of it. (Also numb burning tingeling skin all over body)

Please only helpful comments. I understand there is a lot of medical gaslighting and that is horrible. But i am right now looking for succesful docs appointments. Tnxx!

They think. I have pots and autonomic dysfunction. And mcas. And cfs and pem.

Just wanted to share my experience. Maybe anyone can relate? I did not tell them about the ssri I took. Just told my symptoms.

I am completely bedbound. Except for getting food or toilet.

If I excert myself or stand up my body reacts if i am in danger. It almost feels like a panic attack. Does anyone relate? And what to do about it?
