Hi all! I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and knows how to get around the 2-step verification?

I’m out of the country and can’t receive texts or phone calls from BILT, so I tried to login using my email. However, it still wanted to send me a text/call to double confirm my identity (I guess). So now I can’t login and I need to pay my card in a few days 🥲 Also, it looks like the only wya to contact them is through the app, which I can’t log into 🫠

Please let me know if you have any ideas of how I can get into my account!
