I have an older IPhone, and I have lost 5 remote raid passes this week because of the game crashing, and support has been zero help.

I found a way to complete raids and not lose your pass, but you must follow these steps:

1. DO NOT hop into raids from your friends list. If the app crashes at the end of the raid, you will have no way to get back into the raid and you will lose your pass. Same goes for RSVP’ing for raids.
2. DO NOT join a raid with only a few minutes left in the raid. If the app crashes and the raid ends before you can load back into the game, you can say goodbye to that remote raid pass.

That’s basically it.

Only join raids you’ve been invited to that have plenty of time left in the raid (I usually do raids with at least 5 minutes left, anything under 5 I skip out on). If the app crashes and you were invited and the raid hasn’t ended, you can still rejoin the raid and it’ll take you right to the encounter stage.

I did 18 raids yesterday and had the app crash 8 times. I lost 1 raid pass because I had RSVP’d a raid and the app crashed.

EDIT: After talking to people on here and Twitter, it seems to be a problem with IPhone 13 and older devices (and some older IPads). I have yet to hear of an Android user experiencing this.
