So i recently filed for an increase and it did go up. However i was looking at what I was actually rated for and found out no mention of TBI suffered from service. With the wording clearly and unmistakably erroneous is there anyway to get retroactively paid for this????
So did some googling to file a claim for an increase, amd most Google searches ended in FOIA and eventually found out local VSO can help and look at what was documented during initial claim. As you can see from the difference in both claim dates. Question 1 how long does FOIA take to complete. Question 2 with claim for increase at step 3 with decision letter ready, which I have read through the app, do I need the claim to be complete to have access to additional benefits
