(VOD Review) Learning to control my own tempo with my team, what did I do wrong here?

Platinum 4 DPS on PC

A3AB7G - Blizzard World

Played Ashe on defense, and I did better than I remembered years before I last played Ashe. The enemy tank went Winston, probably to counter me, but I really wanted to try and learn how to change my game plan when an enemy counterpicks me. Don't know if I did well on that.

But what I'm more concerned is my performance on Tracer on the second round on attack. My first objective in my mind was to get on the point to divert attention away from my teammates, though I did get killed a few times (maybe it's bad timing, maybe it's bad reflexes).

Second point and early on third point, I was telling myself to keep down how far deep I go into the enemy team as Tracer. Before this, I'd usually just dive headfirst without any regard for my team's position while tilted before these games. I'm not sure how well I did, but it worked out until the final stretch of the third point.

We lost, and I know I could've done something better on the third point to make it a winning game, but I don't know what. I was panicking a bit, and I got myself into stupid deaths, costing us the game.

Tracer rebind question (right click for pulse, shift for blink)

Gold 2 Tracer here,

I'm getting more confident on Tracer the more I play her, though I still got a lot to work on, namely my reaction time and pulses.

Someone in a deathmatch lobby told me that they bind pulse bomb to right click, and use shift for blinking-they say they land more pulse bombs that way.

Would that work for me? And it would it be worth changing the muscle memory I've built up as Tracer? This whole time, I've binded pulse bomb to the usual Q, and been blinking with right click.
