Quality loss when uploading
Help,
My partner and I have bought a Cricut to make wedding invites (whooop!)
We have designed the invitation on Canva and are trying to upload it to Design Space and no matter what’s we do, the printed quality from Design Space suck.
When we print the saved design from the laptop, it’s perfect quality, upload that same file into Design Studio and print and the quality drops.
Here is what we have tried so far:
- SVG file
- PNG 3x pixels
- PNG with/without background
- Save the print and cut as a PDF and print that
- checked out printer setting at all correct
We’re running out of idea on what could be the issue, I’ve watch tutorials and I’m not noticing anything different in the way we make out design and export the file.
Feeling really let down after a whole afternoon of trying ot make this work!
