Is there a Tuff Toe equivalent for rubber soles?
Basically the title. I don’t use Tuff Toe for my work boots because I don’t need to, but I’d love Tuff Sole to exist.
I’m a blacksmith and my shop floor is concrete covered in a mixture of abrasive dust, steel particles of all sizes, forge scale, sand, and borax.
I am currently wearing White’s Millwood 6” boots with the “hybrid wedge” sole.
It’s holding up great, all things considered, but if there was a coating that would give me more time between resolings I would use it.
Anything like that exist? A product, an old timey mixture of poisonous compounds, an alternative? I’d love to hear it if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks for reading, I hope you all have a great day.
