Bolting Green Onions look so whimsical

I grew these from the root end of store bought green onions and placed them in this porch pot 2 years ago. They went dormant in the winter and gave me two summers of flavor. I’m waiting for them to dry to collect the seeds and the bees seem to be enjoying them! I think they look really whimsical with how they curve.

I live in Norfolk, VA right along the Lafayette River and moved into this rental 3 years ago. These two trees were already well established and about the same size as they are now, the neighbor has one in her yard as well. The owner of the house before me was an elderly woman, who I assume lived here for a long time and planted them many years ago. Every year since moving in, I have hoped they would fruit, but the winters have been too harsh. This year, when I’m about to move out in two months, they’ve finally fruited! Just wondering if I’ll be able to fulfill my three year long yearning of tasting a loquat for the first time. Any ideas on how long until these ones might be ripe enough?
