Portugal Vs Croatia at Queensway Cineplex 💥💥

Portugal Vs Croatia at Queensway Cineplex 💥💥

Viva Ronaldo!!!!

Honestly the best indoor place to experience the FIFA games!!

I thought Canada Vs South Africa was the peak madness inside the theatres, I was soo so wrong about it.

Today's game was an absolute blast, Ronaldo fans boys from all over GTA including me were just going Siuuuuu!!

Thank you Toronto for saving the best for the last..

I thought this game would be a dead rubber like all the previous BMO field games but Croatia was going for the kill in the second half.

Special shout-out to Cineplex for adding more shows for knockout games far far better that FIFA fan festival.

Let's Go Cineplex ❤️

KARUPPU as a Hindi speaking audience 💥❤️

A movie that would have smashed records if released in the Hindi market. ❤️

All my Tamil, Malayali and Telu speaking friends were raving about the theatre experience of this movie. I was so excited to finally catch it on Prime that too in Hindi and boy oh boy, RJ Balaji has hit it out of the park with this one.

Suriya has not just portrayed lord karuppu he has lived the role. As a fan of Ajith and Suriya since his Vidhwanshak- the destroyer days aka Ayan watching that movie regularly on star gold and of course Singham series to Sorurai potru and Jai bhim during covid. Suriya was never a flop hero only few toxic fan group labelled him just because his movies weren't doing big numbers.

KARUPPU is a stamp of his star power and legacy audience that he has built since last 25 years.

From the story of binu and his father's courtship battle to the death of Binu, I was so emotionally invested and NGL I did cry when Binu's father just begged for justice after her death.

Until that mad mad mad interval block , argh where do I start, my girlfriend's dad literally whistled sitting next to me when suriya rode that bike and that bike turned into the horse and he dragged those goons to hell. Ufff this is what I live for this is why I personally enjoy south movies not just because of hero presentation but for the sheer conviction. Holding the elevation until the audience is begging for that moment and boom God Mode begins!!! 💥

Second half started very nicely and I wanted it to be light hearted in the way I would expect it but the scenes of the court getting destroyed and being shifted to the IT park location felt a little rushed and outlandish.

Until until the climax , I would say the best climax of the year after dhurandhar the revenge....

KARUPPU Karuppa Kooda Vaa, that climax and Suriya spirit taking the form of Karuppuswamy , I just lost my mind and the goosebumps I got sitting in my hall watching the movie in full volume and Sai's track playing in the background. Teared up watching the moment when I literally folded my hands too.

FYI, the movie and story connected with me dearly as my Chachu is a Land Dispute Lawyer and he himself went through a lot of hardships while dealing with certain cases that really impacted my Chachi and my cousin's while they growing up and not just in Tamil Nadu. The tale of Karuppuswamy is very famous in Law schools as well. Well many might debate it being just a fake belief system, but trust me my Chachu has told stories related to Lord Karuppu being worshipped before court cases and the verdict naturally falling into the right places for the right people.

Coming back to the movie, I would really like Suriya to take risks creatively but I also want to see him in such roles where he is effortlessly charming and RJ balaji kudos for your mass yet subtle moments sprinkled throughout the screenplay.

I have high hopes that Karuppu will remain in my Top 5 Indian movies of 2026 list 💥❤️

I got Laid-Off this morning- OMD Canada - Omnicom

Hi guys, writing in a state of shock and sadness, that I have been laid off from my Assistant Strategist role at OMD Canada.

Reason for termination- "Business Restructuring", I just feel it might be another term used for Merger and offshoring work.

Additionally I was told that I would have another meeting on Thursday with the HR to discuss my relieving package. Would really help if anyone can advice what other things I shall do, what questions or things I need to do. I have the laptop with me. However my email access and sign in access has gone. How will they reach out to me now?

Took 10 minutes for the conversation and all I was able to say was okay, during the call and as soon as the call ended I just cried for a while.

My first job after graduation, taking up all the tasks working after hours, going out of the way to get work done. Feeling sad and in a state of confusion that now even junior roles are being cut off, I literally didn't even have a pay package I should be boasting about.

Making strong relationships with everyone at my office was a best thing I could have done.

Reaching out to my network, hopefully people have been replying and feeling a little motivated that I will get back on the track soon.

Please if anyone can reach out with any Leads for junior roles?

Thanking again to this community, looking ahead with optimism 🤞
