Purchased new Bose QuietComfort headphones directly from Bose website with expedited shipping, received the headphones but the box was sealed with "bose refubished" sticker all along the top.
Box came sealed with one long "bose refurbished" sticker along the top. I called customer service same day (yesterday) and the rep said that it's not showing refurbished on the shipment. He said that they have a warehouse that sends out refubished items and mine did not ship form it so he didn't understand why it has the sticker.
I was going to keep them, I opened the box and everything looks fine, but now I'm wondering if there's a way to verify whether they are refurbished or not?
Anyone have something similar happen?
