Shower floor lippage

Do you guys think this shower floor tile lippage is acceptable? It seems like they chose tile that’s too large for this slope.

Out of square bathroom half wall with bad tile layout

Back with another one.

This time we've got a half wall that separates a freestanding tub (left) and a walk-in shower (right).

The first picture is with a plumb laser; the second picture is with a laser following the grout line of the top of the half wall. You can see how out of square this wall is without the laser but with it makes it very clear. It's also bad tile layout as a result of the positioning of the half wall.

Hard to cheat the fix for this. I think they've got to totally destruct the half wall, shift it to the right to be in alignment with a full piece of tile, and obviously build the thing square this time. Hardie board and redgard need to be re-done (they initially tried to use greenboard).

Does this work meet "industry standards"? How do you get a builder you're under contract with to fix this? He's so far claiming unsatisfying things like "CANNOT FIX" and "We used a square tool to test the half bath wall and found it to be sufficient. The tiles do not have straight edges themselves."

P.S. the wall tile they used here that they also used on the curb, is specified by the manufacturer to only be for walls. At first they pushed back on this, but are now saying they're going to use the countertop material instead.

More pics showing the walls meeting, which has partial tiles varying in size because the pony wall is not square

Misaligned windows

This is a dealbreaker for me and I want the builder to fix it. It’s front facing, visible from the curb, and very apparent with the color contrast. It’s an embarrassing quality detail.

Am I overreacting? How best do I handle this? I assume the builder will not want to fix this because dry wall and stucco are both installed.
