Gourmand - does progress save if I leave game to come back?

As subject - I've gotten the coconut and honeycomb so far - but have to leave for the night - as I was leaving it said I could return to the last campfire when I return - Will it remember that I've eaten honeycomb and coconut?

Just wanting to know if I should restart tomorrow... thanks

So is this the original Dominion of Blades Vol 1 cover - or Kindle only?

I want to buy both this and Hobgoblin Riot, but the mismatching paperback covers does my OCD in a little - the only help will be if I know it was never a physical release and I have to suck it up.
