Average genetic naturals: lucky to gain 15-20 pounds of muscle after 3-5 years of lifting. Average Hollywood superhero actor: able to gain 30 pounds of muscle in 6 months from doing circuit training with an overpaid Hollywood celebrity trainer

Oh yeah, I forgot, they ate nothing except for 6,000 calories of plain unseasoned chicken and rice everyday !!!!

That’s totally how they gained 30 pounds of muscle whilst simultaneously losing fat !!!

Your average natty spends 3 years to gain 20 pounds of muscle if they’re lucky (including noob gains), the average fake natty influencer gains 20 pounds of muscle in 6 months LOL

Your average famous online fitness “influencer” that’s sponsored by another random trash trend fad “gym clothing” and/or dangerous preworkout supplement company will be like:

“Guys, I will be starting a bulking phase journey! My goal is to put on some muscle before I go into competing next year!!”

Then in 6 months they look wayy more muscular and put 100 pounds on their bench, and gained 20 pounds of muscle LOL,

The average natty gains 1 pound of muscle and 5 pounds on their bench in 6 months if they’re lucky

Real naturals: I started at 220 pounds, now I’m 140 and I can see all my abs now. Fake naturals: I started at 200 fluffy and smooth, now I’m 180 and have lower ab veins and no visible bodyfat

“I’m not on roids bro!! This is just what happens when a natty gets lean!!”

Sure bud, most of the actual naturals I’ve seen have a very different experience

What do you think of all these natural claiming 20 year old females who are benching 225+, some in the 300s

So weird, seeing all these females with big delts and pecs and triceps. Manly wide thick backs

Benching 250

Anyone remember women’s online fitness/bodybuilding 12 years ago??

It was considered impressive to see a girl benching 135!

Now it’s like they’re expected to bench 2 plates.

Feels like how back then 315 was considered an elite bench for a natty, now they’re trying to make it like every natty should bench 405

Wild

What’s with this, “naturals can get just as lean and conditioned as unnatural bodybuilders”??!

I’ve heard many say that, and many of these “natural” online influencers display leanness and conditioning that matches this statement…

Makes no sense to me though.

To be fair, I probably did things very wrong and sub optimally… but my experience was that getting leaner meant looking smaller and weaker.

Not like these influencers who say how they get more fake natty accusations as they get lean because they just have more muscle showing bro. I think they should be looking less impressive, not more impressive.

And biologically my view would make more sense. You’re restricting food, you’re restricting carbs, your muscles have less fuel, and the more you push it, the more your hormones should be getting affected.

Yet somehow these guys are getting shredded and vascular and looking full and not flat. The same as the guys who are on roids which prevent them from dealing with crashed androgens and elevated cortisol,
Not to mention that on the stage, unnatural guys are using diuretics and other things to help their appearance…

But these influencers are saying they can get the look naturally? Lol
