I am m planning to buy a Bambu Lab A1 and I am confused whether to order it from robu.in or buy it from a WOL3D offline store also this is my first 3D printer.

Last week I visited a WOL3D store and checked the printer in person and price is the same on both so price is not an issue my main concern is reliability and customer support.

For robu I have been ordering my project parts though them but the support is slow.

For WOL3D I have seen some post about them saying not so good experience.

Since this is my first printer, I don’t want to mess it up.
