This photo I took actually looks decent but it was when I was pretending to be Fred Durst🌚

Some people on a boat found this mans arm in the lake, some people are saying they also found a leg but i have yet to see that. The second photo, a lot of people are saying looks like "E5" which they say is a military rank? I hope this is a good spot for me to put this, but in my hometown, a man's arm was found. He has distinct tattoos. I believe my hometown and their police are not the greatest at solving things like this nor do the towns people really care besides joking about it. If there is anyway someone could help us find who this man is, that would be amazing. Here are the pictures of the tattoos the police released, and here is a link to the article:
