Need help diagnosing Cactus ailment
I’ve had this cactus for 20 years and it’s had relatively no problems, but today I noticed that it has a white fuzz coating the top that I tried (unsuccessfully) to remove and this spine appears to have some sort of rot or something happening.
It lives indoors and sits near a window and is watered weekly or biweekly in winter. Soil is mixed potting soil with rocks and things.
Can anyone help identify what’s wrong and what I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance!
