Seeking a tall floor lamp / grow light around 160cm+ tall. Advice around specific models would be appreciated as well as specs I should be aiming for.

Hi all
I collected these two a few years back during a walk. I suspect the skull is from a bird but no idea about the tooth - no modern birds have teeth to my knowledge so I’m almost certain they’re unrelated.
I’d be keen to know what animals they’re from!
