I need advice because my coworkers and manager has told me that everyone at my store will be written up for messing up our back room.
I am a tasker and I have taken many MANY shifts to completely re-organize the back room. I made a wall for B&BW, mass makeup, prestige makeup, and PCA.
I have complained to my managers every single time I notice that someone has deliberately knocked over the organized items or purposely just left the wrong brands on our Elf + NYX cart.
Today, I was told that everyone (BA’s, taskers, everyone!) will be written up for messing up the backstock.
My problem is that my managers KNOW that I am the one who organized and took time to clean the backstock- why would I have to be written up? The back room has become my main task and I love having a big responsibility. I just don’t think it’s fair that I will be written up especially when I know who has been doing the harm. My manager said that they do not want to sit and watch camera footage to see who it was but all of us taskers have told her who it was.

Not too sure how often gratis is distributed. I was told it’s every two months but I received gratis on 7/2 and we already have new gratis boxes being delivered and sorted. Do you think we will receive it soon or do they have to wait till September to give it out?

Posting this on a throw away account so I am anonymous: I’m a tasker and I’ve been working at my location longer than most of the other taskers. Most taskers at my location quit after a month or two, I’ve been here for 8 months. My managers always make me do trash and all of the other small monotonous tasks while the other taskers get to do planos, socialize together and scroll on their phones. I organize trash, I take out trash, I do top 50, pick bopis and ship from store. I clean up their back stock from planos. I feel so drained and like everyone is walking all over me. It’s like they pick favorites or something. Does anyone else go through this?
