Video surveillance for home that records away from house

Dad has dementia but is fighting us. I want a camera system that will monitor him while I work but I am a nurse so I can’t watch it live. I need something that will backup everything away from home in case he forgets that he is cooking something and house burns down

Please help

Joint Tenants With Right of Survivorship

I have a friend who doesn’t use Reddit but has been using google AI for a couple days

Let’s say a mother/wife was dying and had it where her husband and son both were on the house deed. The son is going through medical school and doesn’t want the stress of moving and having to give up 3 dogs because most apartments have a two pet limit and some ban certain breeds

The father is a loser who squandered all the wife/mothers money away showing off to friends

Can the father force the son to sell the house or sell his share of the house to someone else like creditors?

The son just wants three more years of no drama so he can make high grades and he is getting ulcers from this stress

Found out my school doesn’t have a waiting list

I was told that there was a two year waiting list to start the program. There isn’t. I could start this spring if I knew ahead of time and saved enough to do my three science classes. I could do it next fall. That would give me enough time to pre study pharmacology and practice fundamentals at home. Get a solid A in anatomy 1&2 and microbiology

Save enough money to do clinicals

Ps here is my google drive of nursing books

My father hired Irish R@@@ N@@@@@@ to transfer the house to me to avoid probate. He was paid 17k to do so. His plan was to go to the Philippines and retire there. He even got himself a brand new wife to take care of him on his navy pension

It has been three years. The lawyer first told me that he didn’t have permission to talk to me without my dad being present. My dad came back and Ryan explained that he was going through a divorce that turned his life upside down and can’t find the paperwork

Ryan also has switched law firms too many times to count and he is impossible to get in touch with. I ha contacted the SC bar

I was recently given power of attorney from my father this last December. My father did not want to admit that he had dementia so it took this long before he gave it to me. The generic power of attorney that We signed (after finding a form online) does not say anything about real estate or me having power to take the house.

Can I have this attorney arrested?
