Has anyone used a książka czeladnicza (1930s journeyman's book, issued by an Izba Rzemieślnicza) as evidence in a Polish citizenship confirmation case?

So far, this is the only Polish-issued document I can find in my case; lists where the person is "from"; but not explicit "nationality".

Would be glad to compare notes if anyone has also used this as evidence supporting a case. Thanks!
