Salons that actually listen when you just want a trim

Sorry abt the rant but this has been bothering me a lot. where is somewhere I can feel relaxed and safe when they cut my hair. I want just trims so that I prevent split ends traveling up and i can continue to grow my hair.

All my life i have hated going to the salon cause ive always wanted long hair, but whenever I go to the salon and tell them I just want a trim and to try and keep the current length as much as possible they cut more than half of the length off idk why. they show me something and do something else. For example I just went my hair was to my butt and now its at my shoulders. Im devastated.

I wear glasses and they tell me to remove them after I confirm the length and so I can't see when theyre actually cutting. And then when I re wear my glasses its a shock they've cut all my hair off. I go to a different salon everytime its not like im going to the same one im trying to find the right one but none of them listen they always feel rushed and just want to get over with u.

Its hard to cut my own hair at home cause its layered and its curly and im afraid after I cut it wet it will look mismatched if I ever straighten it.

Can someone explain to me how small businesses and رخصه work here

Im thinking of opening an insta account aiming to bring girls together to work on ourselves and better ourselves with our own personal goals or shared ideas to make us and the world a better place. Just a community to support eachother and get to know new people and make new friends.

Im thinking of pricing, if you wanna come 3 kwd per person for 2 hours maybe we go to a cafe and study or crochet or whatever together. like stuff that's just more fun to do around other people to make you feel less burnt out and more motivated.

Anyways so will i run into any legal issues or what do i need to look out for?

Thanks!
