I can’t imagine my life without her. I am so happy to be able to provide her safety and comfort for all the rest of her years.
I am 42/USA with a female formal feral that was spayed in February.
I took her in after her spay and discovered she had all sorts of worms and a pseudomonas aerugunosa infection in her tail.
After months of treatment, two bouts of antibiotics and steroids, she was doing fine until i came home one day to find this on her neck.
It’s shiny and the hair around it feels crusty. Although it looks wet, it’s dry and there is no bleeding or signs of major trauma. She is itchy and scratching, but not incessantly.
I have an appointment to take her in next week, but can this be a manifestation of the infection? I think he tail is growing back the bumps from the infection, but I can’t quite tell. Has anyone dealt with something like this?
