Donation centers with free pickup in Bangkok?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there were any donation centers in Bangkok that also pick up your items for free. My parents live very close to Terminal 21 mall. I live in the US and thus don't have any knowledge of Thai services. My parents have a lot of things that they've kept over the years that they don't use, and at this point it's just taking up space and collecting dust.... and they could really use some extra storage space for the things they actually use. I'd love to help them out and find a donation center that will help pick up items. I'm also okay with paying for pick up services if there's no free service. Thank you!

Change is possible!

for reference i'm F in my 30s and teeter between 110-115lbs. I had a fasting lipid panel done in march, with these results:

LDL: 218
LipoA: 33 nmol/L
HDL: 105
Triglycerides: 28.4

...however, i had rotisserie chicken the night before my fasting panel, ate 2 eggs everyday, exercised 6 days/week, snacked here and there, took Omega-3's, and didn't bother reading nutrition labels to look at saturated fat content. my doc immediately put me on 80mg atorvastatin, which i stopped taking after 5 days due to muscle pain and fatigue.

I had a fasting panel done today with these results:

LDL: 111
HDL: 87.10
Triglycerides: 39.8

Things I did differently:

-increased intake of fiber, primarily from oatmeal and vegetables (mostly peas, legumes, green beans, edamame)
-started reading nutrition labels of the food in my house (i can't believe there's saturated fat in almost everything?)
-still snack from time to time, but focused on eating veggie sticks and low fat or fat free condiments. if i want chips i make sure to read the nutrition label first and have some as long as i'm under my daily saturated fat intake limit
-focused on less fattier fish like tilapia for protein (i didn't know salmon had so much saturated fat?)
-tried to limit total saturated fat consumption to <10g/day
-stopped eating egg yolks and eat egg whites only
-drank about 4-6oz of water with 1tsp of psyllium husk once a day(~5g), but i should probably increase this to 2-3x a day. psyllium husk is also great for baked goods btw!
-work out 5-6 days a week
-quit my omega-3's :( . i chose to take this for the EPA content, but i think i'm going to have to find something that's purely EPA
-i eat out about 1-2x week and try to be more conscious of my food choices
