I relapsed this week and the day after I went to hang out with a friend. I was washing my hands and I realized I somehow bled through my bandaids and through my sweater. I’m still embarrassed and I can’t sleep thinking about it. My friend knew I had been upset but it’s humiliating to know that he could’ve realized I cut myself because of it. I hope he didn’t think I was deliberately trying to show him that I had cut myself. I’m genuinely so ashamed.
