Est-ce qu’il y a des parents ici qui ont fait des dons de lait maternel avec Héma-Québec?

J’hésite à m’inscrire parce que, de ce que je comprends, le processus a l’air assez demandant. J’aimerais beaucoup avoir vos expériences : est-ce que c’est vraiment aussi compliqué et exigeant que ça en a l’air, ou finalement, ça se fait assez bien?

Est-ce qu’il y a aussi un minimum ou un maximum de millilitres accepté? J’ai environ 200 ml de surplus par jour.

I'm 38 weeks pregnant so I’m less concerned about following Homer’s epic journey and more concerned about surviving 3+ hours with a bladder the size of a grape.
For those who’ve already seen the movie: when is the safest time to make a strategic bathroom escape without missing anything important?
Ideally looking for a moment where absolutely nothing plot-changing, or emotionally devastating happens. 😂 The other solution is adult diaper but that's kinda humiliating.

My due date also happens to be my birthday, and since there's only about a 4–5% chance I'll actually go into labor on my due date, I want to plan something fun just in case baby girl is still cozy in there 😅

I really don't want to spend my birthday sitting at home, staring at the clock and wondering if today's the day... Does anyone have ideas for fun, low-key activities that aren't too physically demanding and could easily be canceled if labor starts?

I'd also love to hear how you spent your due date if your baby didn't arrive on time!
