Which job would you choose??

I have two full time jobs to choose from next year and I'm not sure which to go with. Job A is my current job, been there two years. Job B is being offered to me.

Job A: private school, elementary. I teach grade 4, 5 and 6, ESL. I see each group 3 times and have 5 prep periods.

Pluses: I have a really nice office with a private bathroom. I move from homeroom to homeroom, but the teachers are generally very good about sharing their space and any issues to do with sharing space are fairly minor. I like this age group and have a lot of experience with it, so have a pretty extensive list of projects and materials available. Class sizes are large but behaviors/needs are fairly low.

Negatives: normal elementary school classroom management issues, very energy depleting. Parents are high strung. I don't feel super attached to the school team. There are only a couple people I've clicked with. The school is a little far (one hour by public transit, 35 min by bike, by car is variable but usually between 25 and 45 min).

Job B: private high school. My current school is sort of a feeder school so it's going to be similar students. It'll be grade 9 and 10. I don't know the actual number of preps yet.

Pros: highschool - lower energy expenditure, less classroom management. My own classroom that students come to. Longer classes, shorter day. It's not a lot closer to my home, but much more convenient location. I'd also be really happy to get out of the elementary school ESL game. It's still technically ESL but the kids in this school are all going to be pretty advanced. Like, I can do novel studies again! That would be great.

Negatives: ?? Most people I guess would say more marking? Marking is literally my kryptonite. I'm so bad about staying on top of it.

What are the other potential negatives of high school? I did teach grade 9 a few years back but it was a very niche school so I don't think I can apply my experience to such a large, mainstream high school.

My spouse takes so long to leave the house and it makes me feel insane

I have diagnosed ADHD and am medicated. I have some sensory things, but I really can't tell if this is a me thing or a him thing.

He takes so long to leave the house. He also rarely has a specific time he needs to leave, and every leaving the house routine feels like it stretches on forever and ever.

Getting ready to leave for work is an endless parade of getting his lunch ready and walking back and forth across the house and getting dressed in outdoor clothes and then going downstairs to his computer and starting to work, and then coming upstairs and suddenly he'll be back in the bedroom packing clothes to change into and then back out to the entry and then he'll go outside and then come back inside for something. I've literally thought he'd already left, then hear the shower starting.

His running routine is even worse. At least in the morning I also have to leave (and I have a fixed deadline that I can't be late for!) so I can distract myself with doing what I need to do. But in the evening, the preparations for leaving truly seem endless. He'll have his running shoes on this whole time which is infuriating because it mentally tells me he's leaving, but it could be literally another 30 min. He'll have his sunglasses and hat and running shoes on and then suddenly sit down at the kitchen table to do some foot stretches.

It seems like it's the back and forth across the house with mixed "I'm leaving now" signals that really triggers something in my brain where I literally want to scream and crawl out of my skin.

I am a kind of typically distracted/messy ADHD person. I lose my keys and have rushing around the house mornings, but I'm very focused on getting out. He's generally very methodical and not forgetful so it does really confuse me that he seems to spend so long leaving the house.

Any ideas or advice? For myself or him, tbh.
