Interior is immaculate but this has started to happen since I’ve had it (18 months now). I am not overweight but trying to lose a bit anyway, also trying to be mindful of not dragged my ass on the seat when I get in n out… But is this just how these seats go?

Oil change time again, and this time going to replace the vvt oil filter too. Any tips from anyone that’s done this? Does the old one come out ok or is it brittle and break into bits?
