What are some good options for exhaust for the is200 2005, something that gives her some noise, thank you

Any way to avoid this?

Interior is immaculate but this has started to happen since I’ve had it (18 months now). I am not overweight but trying to lose a bit anyway, also trying to be mindful of not dragged my ass on the seat when I get in n out… But is this just how these seats go?
