what are y’all’s favorite Chinese BLs? there has been a huge wave of new ones lately(ish), and other than the hugely popular ones, i’m curious to see if there are any that could be little seen but highly regarded amongst fans of the genre?

i’m way behind in my viewing, but from what i’ve seen, my top ones would probably be a mix of addicted (always & forever), secrets happened on the litchi island, blue canvas of youthful days and to my shore✨

i’ve been somewhat away from BLs for a good 1+ years now bc of burnout (throughout the years i’ve noticed that a lot of people can relate to that), just watching the odd show here and there, and now that i’m back*, i’m in the mood for spicier shows (many people can relate to that as well!), so i was looking for everyone’s favorite shows (i don’t want just NC for NC, but shows that people like or are usually considered good) that are heavy on 🌶️ or have good NC scenes. i’m especially looking for recent shows, since this year i haven’t been following the releases closely.

*gotta personally thank u/imomen for an edit they posted the other day that featured Love Destiny’s Leng getting out of the water in his full shirtlessness glory, though what really caught my eyes were his thighs, so ty imomen and Leng’s thighs i guess!
