Can't stand when people shame

I hate it when

Someone throws up, I have a panic attack and sometimes run away because I'm either scared I might catch what they have or I simply can't handle the sound of them vomiting

And people shame me for that and try to guilt trip.

"Have some empathy!" "How do you think THEY feel when they're the one being sick?" "I know you're scared but have you thought about how THEY might be feeling?" Like yes Karen I've already considered that. It doesn't change shit

"stop making it about yourself" too 💀

I have sensory issues because of my autism which makes vomiting reliably horrific (not just "unpleasant" or a one off bad episode) and makes me sensitive to the sound of other people doing it

It's not the same as being disgusted by someone for vomiting

And being scared of getting sick is not "making it about me"

Wish people could get that through their fucking heads

not sure what this feeling is but man I hate it

I'm currently dealing with a weird feeling I get a lot.

it's basically

n*, but with different stomach ache

Like uhh

Think of normal n* when your stomach usually feels heavy. This particular kind is not like that, it feels strangely empty. Almost like hunger, but going right up into my throat, and far more uncomfortable.

Very sensitive to movement, usually accompanied by violent jitters, and idk whether I'm hot or cold except my face gets way too hot

It also hates me for standing up after sleeping

And comes in waves of real nausea as well as that odd stomach sensation, making it feel a lot like it'll happen.

Usual triggers are caffeine, not enough sleep and anxiety

Sometimes if it's the sleep deprivation one I'll feel ill... then immediately sleep... then wake up nauseous and repeat

It has led to IT happening in the past

I'm very scared
