I have a subscription to Microsoft 365 Business platform through Dell.

I just bought a new laptop and trying to download the apps on to the computer. For some reason when I try to log in with my admin@company.onmicrosoft.com account it will not send a code to the Microsoft Authenticator app, nor will it allow me to use any other methods or emails to authenticate.

I was on with Microsoft support 6x today between chat and phone and they were pretty useless. The personal accounts team on chat could not help because it is a business account, and I couldn't get on the business chat because I can't log into the account.

On phone I got disconnected by the only live person I got, and then was sent to AI assistant the last 2 times I called.

Anyone have any insight on how I might fix this? It is maddening and their support is predictably terrible.
