Is adding more complicated tool usage feasable?

Hi there. I'm a relatively newer player and in a couple missions in both PVP and PVE I've found myself in a tactical situation where more advanced use of tools would have allowed better tactics. Is adding items like wire cutters (for fences and barbed wire) or tin snips (for the corrogated walls) a feasible future mechanic? It just feels odd walking around with thousands of dollars of gear but tactical decisions are limited by a 10 dollar piece of chain link fence.

Best large panel example

My favorite part of any Tintin book are the large establishing panels that really set up the mood/pace of the story. I feel these panels really show Herges Ligne Clair style at its finest. What do you think are the best large panel examples?
