After 20ish years of biting my nails last week I just decided no more and today is 7 days way to proud right now

A little bad at my self as I did bit 1 nail but my partner was in hospital and I was super stressed but didnt even fully bit through it so doesn't really count sort of right haha

Ok i have acouple questions is this the right sight

Im begging to transition but there's acouple qustions i had

How do i go about getting hrt in Australia like can i talk to any doctor

How much strength will I loose I work 12 hours a day if I do hrt will I still be able todo rhe 25k steps at work and swing hammers like surly I wouldn't loose all my strength right?

What else do I need to know
