Sound Deadening

For anyone that has either done this themselves or paid to have it done does it really help with the speaker rattling the plastic? I listen to a lot of rap/r&b with bass so it’s very noticeable. There’s no way I’m doing this myself and I was quoted $400 for this, but if it really does help the plastic rattle from the base then it’s worth it to me.

Fibroid & Cyst

Hi everyone! I found out via ultrasound that I have a 5cm simple cyst on my left ovary and a 3cm intramural uterine fibroid. My follow up is on Friday. The past couple weeks I’ve been having more vaginal pain/pressure that feels like it’s shooting down. Sitting hurts because of this pressure. Is that normal? I would imagine having both at those sizes would make things feel cramped and cause pressure/pain. I also need to pee a lot more and feel pressure in my sacrum and lower back and that is pretty constant. I have a herniated disc in my low back so it’s hard to know what’s causing the pain but I will say my low back pain wasn’t this bad before so it appears to have just made my pain worse. I’m interested to see what my doctor advises me to do. I already struggle with chronic pain so this has been really hard for me to add something else to the list 😢

Need advice!

I’ve had quite the year with cars and need some advice. I had a 2022 big bend that was totaled in a car accident (not my fault) which was very traumatic for me. It really did save me and I felt protected in the car so getting another one was a no brainer. I got a 2025 big bend and after having it for 5 months someone pulled out in front of me and I hit them. I was really embarrassed and upset about another accident even though this wasn’t my fault again. The car got repaired and I was glad it didn’t get totaled but now I’m kind of wishing it did. It drives SO bumpy and rough now and it never did before the accident. I took it to ford and they said everything was fine. Took it to another mechanic and they checked tires and suspension and said everything was fine too. They did balance my tires and I was hopeful that would help but it did not. I’m actually thinking now it has subframe damage that they didn’t detect. I was going about 45 mph when I had to brake so I did hit the car pretty bad. I even had my mom drive it (she used to drive a Bronco sport) and she was even said she could feel every bump or crack in the road so that’s not normal! Feels like I’m driving a jeep honestly!

So now I’m actually just wanting to trade it in even though I know I’ll lose some money. It’s frustrating because a lot of people will say cars never drive the same after an accident. I’ve been looking at the 2025 badlands as I keep seeing on here that it’s more reliable long term due to the better engine. I’m trying to decide if this is the best route. I am waiting on my diminished value claim to get settled so it will help with buying a new one. The last place I took it to said I should take it to the place that did the repairs and I guess that could be my last effort to see if it’s fixable. What would you do? I’ve just been so stressed this year with all this car stuff and on top of it the resulting pain from the accidents 😭
