24 in Southern CA, 70k salary (Less than a year of making that, 21.50/hr prior)
Have insurance, paid off car (parents old car), 13k in brokerage account, 7k Roth IRA, 6k cash savings for emergencies… along with no debt!
Feel like I’m behind, any recommendations? Am I behind?
