Harder to get some good pictures as it's in a tight spot. I built it to fill up a gap near one of the town gates. The benches inside are functional which I didn't expect. I wish we had more angled beam choices to match the straight beams though.

Tutorial video - CART!

Got the tutorial video for my first cart design done, I took a while playing around to make it as easy to build as possible and utilising as much snapping as I could.

Working on the other cart design and lighthouse ones next. Anything else you want to see from what I've built or if you want me to attempt something and make a guide for it let me know and if I can I'll add it to the list.

Cart v2 - Animal cage cart

Another cart using the same base as before, modified to be something for the animal wares merchant stall as a nearby decoration.

Bonus pro building tip, if you want beams, walls etc at half the height of a pillar like in the example above, and still have it line up easily, the "Roof 26°: Other - Eave Facade (Tiles)" piece can be used to get them in place. This saves the hassle of turning snapping off to line everything up. This is probably my most used off kilter item I use so far, as it still keeps everything within the grid.

Cart

So many items, only one that can be used as a wheel. Probably will add a small canopy to the front later if it looks good.

Another day, another base addition.

Was just trying to build a pillory, and was even going to put a basket filled with tomatoes next to it. Next thing you know it started turning into a guillotine.....and then an entire prison/punishment zone around it. I can't just build one thing without decorating or building more around it so it blends in. At least I'm prepared to capture and dispose of any intruders I guess.

And once again out of wood, and surprisingly this time fibre! (Almost finished the last few doors on the cages before running out) Oh well, a decent place to leave it before heading to bed for the night.

My little town (5 pics)

No plans, just randomly built it with the idea of utilising catwalks to get to some of the housing and a cannon rampart up top. I still need to get more shrub seeds, wood and iron to continue! Also working on the tavern inside, and still have the 10 or so rooms upstairs to decorate, inside 2 of the merchant shops along with inside the dozen houses split among the three floors.
