My wife runs a photography business. She rents a studio. There wasn't an issue when she created the business on Google but when she moved to a new studio, Google told her she had to verify her business. We have not been able to get her business verified even though we have followed all the suggestions. Her studio is in the building behind the main house. So for the verification video we started at the street, showing the surrounding buildings, street signs, and the address for the main house walk back to her building, we have a sign on the outside with her business name. We show her putting in the code and unlocking the door, then showing branded merchandise, show her logging into her Google business dashboard. We have made the video many different ways and sent it multiple times. Now she has an email saying it's still denied and there is no further way to verify the business. We genuinely don't know what to do anymore and don't know any options forward. This is drastically impacting her business.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on next steps?
