Hi y'all :-) I'm a 30F who currently lives in Queens. I've been really drawn to Philly and thinking about moving there at the end of the summer. I'm looking for suggestions on neighborhoods to look for apartments in. I'm a designer who works remotely ($102K...before tax lol) and have been told to look into Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Kensington, Queen Village, and Fairmont. Any strong opinions about any of these/other areas?

Would definitely not want a new luxury building, but I'm looking for an area that's walkable to cafes/shops/bars etc and feels young-ish (or just cool, doesn't have to be young tbh), and feels relatively safe. I also love climbing, reading, parks, and riding my bike! Any advice? Give it to me straight!!!
