Helloooo, I was just browsing on Shein for the first time in a while and realized the sizes are generalized for every item now, or at least for most items? A T-shirt in 2 XL had a size of chest 152 centimeters so I knew it's really oversized (every item had different measurements) while now every item (or most) say something like chest 113-119 centimeters. Is this new??? Is someone similarly annoyed at this like I am because how tf should I know what sizes to pick with them being so unregulare? Unfortunately Shein isn't what it once was anymore, they always change stuff but it never ends up being better but instead makes the shopping experience worse!!

Seltsame Frage aber hat noch jemand gemerkt, dass es kaum bis gar keine Sardinen in Köln gibt??? Seit locker einem Monat, weder in Supermärkten noch im türkischen Supermarkt, da wurde mir vorhin erst gesagt es hätten heute wohl schon fünf Personen nachgefragt😅

Hi, I am unsure how to start so bear with me but I need your help!

My mom is 59 years old and anemic since she is a teenager. She's been to the Hematologist and dozens of different doctors, though a few years have passed since then. Now, I am pretty well-read when it comes to medical topics so when my mom started showing symptoms like month long eye twitching, restless legs, brain fog and severe tiredness along with other minor symptoms, my mom went to her Primary care doctor with a list of bloodtests I listed to check out what could be the cause for her problems. We knew beforehand that her Iron was low but not one of my mothers doctors looked any more into it, so we took it into our own hands. Anyways. Turns out, last November her Ferritin was at 6, her Iron was 13 and her haemoglobin was 9.5, and the next time she got her bloodwork done we also checked the reticulocytes which was completely in range.. So, she started taking Iron supplements every other day, together with vitamin C and even though it went up slowly, it worked and she ended up with a Ferritin of 21 back in April, her symptoms got a bit better as well already!! Now, unfortunately, her symptoms, especially the eye twitching, tiredness and the restless legs are getting worse again and her Ferritin did go down to 19 again, though Iron (30) and haemoglobin (14.7) are almost in range now.

I'm sorry for the detailed description but my point is that I wanted to ask if someone made a similar experience and what the cause was for you, and especially how are y'all getting the Ferritin to go up into a normal, healthy range? I know everyone is different but I would still like to hear your story!! :)

Also, she is otherwise healthy other than two chronic illnesses that are managed well!

Which one do you have better experience with? My mom had minor side effects (aches in her neck, light swelling in her legs) with amlodipin 5mg and got Lercanidipine 10mg recommend by her doctor. I would love to hear some opinions about that!
