Say i am taking a day leave.
I don’t want to apply for the leave just I’ll inform my team and manager. If my manager doesn’t ask for it then i am planning not to apply for the leave.

Currently IC2 and IC3 offered designation are getting changed. Can anyone know why Oracle changing it?
Member technical staff = Application Developer
Senior Member of Technical Staff = Senior Application Developer
Note sure correct designation title.
