I cannot enroll because of online service issue, so I tried to contact and also sent e-mail many times

But they even didn't check my e-mail, they open chat only on Mon, Thur

Deadline is today 1st, but I cannot enroll,

What should I do?

Especially International Student Office
I cannot enroll due to online service error
And they have not replied my e-mail. (Too slow always)

Or Should I send E-mail everyday and open new ticket?

I don't have time, I must enroll until first July

Hey everyone,

I need some urgent advice. I completed a Single Course (corso singolo) at Politecnico di Milano, which gives me EU-equivalent status, and today I finally got "Assigned" to Polimi!

However, I'm stuck on the enrollment portal:

1. On the dashboard, only the 3rd option is clickable.
2. When I click it and go to 'Fill the data', it asks me to search for the university.
3. Polimi does not show up in the search results at all. Other universities appear, but not Polimi.

Since I am already an internal student here transitioning via a single course, I'm completely lost as to why the system is blocking me from selecting my own uni.

• Has anyone else transitioning from a Single Course faced this bug?
• Do I need to wait for the Segreteria to manually unlock it from their end due to the EU-status swap?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as enrollment deadlines are tight. Thanks!

Can I take Arched test in Home?

1. I did in Trieste

2. New date is 17th June

3. I sent email to CISIA, and Trieste

4. Trieste answered 'Contact CISIA'

5. I sent email to CISIA again

6. CISIA answered 'Contact Uni which u want'
