I play an Au'Ra and have since early Heavensward. I love being a Au'Ra, and I don’t see myself fanta’ing away anytime soon. That said, there’s something of a problem. Other Au'Ra (and occasionally Viera and Roes) will walk up and use the pet emote on my character. I know that this is something of a community thing with Au'Ra players but I find it really off putting when it’s done to me.

Nobody ever asks and while it’s just an avatar I don’t like being touched without permission. I especially don’t like the assumption that just because I play a Au'Ra I must be implicitly giving consent to be touched
