Developing Play in Main Telescopic Section
Hi all, I have experienced a lot of play/slack developing in the lower telescopic section of my Libernovo Omni, I've circled it in the first photo.
This looseness translates to a reasonable amount of lateral play in the backrest, and because the headrest is further up from the "fulcrum", it has a really sloppy 2-4cm of lateral play.
I've had the chair for a few months and it was super rigid, so this has gradually developed over time.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Is there a way I can tighten up the telescopic section to reduce this slack?
I've not reached out to libernovo for support yet. I can't really tell if this is too trivial to justify warranty, but it's quite disappointing compared to how rigid the chair felt in my first month or two.
