HR NEWBIE ASKS FOR ADVICE

Hello! After almost 2 months of job hunting, I am now looking forward to my first job as an HR ASSISTANT! Since this is my first time, do you have any advice for me?

I am quite nervous but really looking forward to work and blending well with the company. I want to have a good performance so that they can give me the opportunity to grow long term with them. Thank you so much!

As a fresh graduate, I would like to ask how are you able to stay and remain in this field for a long time? May iba na 8-10 years na sila sa same dept and company. Nakakabilib. Ano yung mga considerations nyo for staying?

Thank you! I would love to be motivated with your answers given that the job market is so tough nowadays and up until now, I still don't have work hehe

For hiring managers and for those who work in a prominent company, how long does it usually take for the Job offer to be given to an applicant after the final interview? (assuming that the applicant passed)

And if so, is it rightful for the applicant to message for a follow up? mga ilang araw po kaya pwede magfollow up para hindi naman ganung ka-pressure for the HR? Thank you!
