I was trying to understand SEGOC better, and tested a situation in master duel solo mode which didn't make sense to me.

MST and torrential tribute on board. Radiant typhoon Kroesea, Maxx c, and ash in hand.

cl1 opponent special summon, cl2 MST.

In a new chain, I assumed that kroesea would have to be activated first as a optional trigger effect, and then I would be able to chain Maxx c, ash, and torrential.

However, I was able to cl1 Maxx c, cl2 ash, cl3 torrential, and then finally cl4 kroesea.

Why could I activate trigger effects after activating spell speed 2 effects? Am I misunderstanding something about kroesea's effect, or the way building a chain works? Or was it something about my opponent not having any responses?
