Acting school as a foreigner??

First of all, excuse my English. It might be rough, but I am working on improving it.

I'm still a high schooler as I write this, I'm still yet to finish high school, but I have been thinking about the future, and my biggest dream has been acting. I have dreamt of living my life on stage and seeing myself in movies or TV shows. Sadly, I can not pursue acting in my own country because there are no good opportunities. So I have come to the conclusion that my only chance is to attend an acting school in the UK after I finish high school. This is where I need some help, I'm determined enough to pursue this dream, but I don't know how to get enrolled or how to apply to an acting school or acting classes. I dont know what the better options are. And I'm scared to fail. I dont know which schools are better for this, and I would be grateful if someone who knows anything about acting and how to pursue this dream would help me out. I need to know what the first steps are, what you all recommend, and what should I do after I get my visa? I would appreciate it, thank you so much for reading!

Am I wrong for hating my sister and being mad at my mom?

For context, we never got along as children. While I was doing house and yard work, she would hang out and do nothing and my mom wouldn't say anything about it.

Now she's getting married and is currently living at our house with her fiance.

Last year we (me, my sister, her fiance, and her fiancé's friend) went to a bbq. Her fiance was supposed to get me back home before night. Instead, they all got drunk, and I got threatened by fiancé's friend while my sister and fiance laughed.

Later that summer, my mom invited my sister and fiance to our house despite my disagreeing and proceeded to laugh at me and joke about my looks.

I broke contact after that, and she started blaming me for everything, even saying that I bullied her (mind you, im her younger sister, and I have never bullied her).

While we weren't talking , I also decided not to go to her wedding, but in the end, my mom convinced me.

My mom has always picked her side in most conflicts, and even tho I've told her to stop it, she still does it.

In the past, my sister stole/broke/used my things, and when I told our mom, she simply told me to lock away my stuff instead of telling my sister to stop.

Now she had drank 2 of my favourite drinks that I bought after telling her not to take them. My mom even encouraged her. And when I confronted my mom, she simply said once again to hide my stuff instead of talking to my sister. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the drinks themselves weren't a bit pricey for me since I'm still a minor and can not get a job where I would be paid for part-time.

I don't want to seem stingy, I was always taught to share with my sister but I dodnt find it beneficial when I'm paying for stuff and be expected to share while she doesn't do shit.

I currently hate my sister because she's spoiled, racist, homophobic, and believes that women should obey men. Not only that but all the things she had done since we were kids until now.

I'm upset with my mom because she doesn't do anything to ease the situation, she does most things my sister says just to take out her anger on me after. I dont find it fair and I would love a second opinion.

If there are any questions I'm happy to answer them, I wouldve but more details but since it's my first post idk what or how to write stuff, thanks.
