Alternative to Satya

I have been burning one incense for the last 5 years. I bought a huge bulk pack and my house smells lovely. I haven't been able to find it for 6 months here in Canada.

It's Satya vanilla, not sweet vanilla. It's a mix of earthy and sweet, like vanilla with a touch of sandalwood. I love it. I have tried 5 different other kinds and I dislike them.

Does anyone know where to buy these in Canada or have another alternative to them. I really like the earthy mix with sweet and not too floral.

TTS for textbooks

I'm looking for a TTS program that works with large PDFs (textbooks) and will follow along to text. I was using Kurzweil since my school recommended it to me, and it's hot garbage. Every time I try to upload a PDF over 30/40~ pages it crashes.

I am willing to pay for a program that works and I'm open to either Apple or PC. I am open to buying a device that has a program that will work as well.

EDIT I don't want a subscription, I want to purchase a program once to use on my computer

Clipper recommendations

I am looking for clippers that cut very short (like the pic) and will allow me to fade into my beard. The picture is my ideal length, with the Philips one blade, but it takes forever because it misses hair and the blades are expensive and burnout fast.
