Ralsei needle felted
I started him after the 2nd chapter of Deltarune was released. But he was about half way done in a tin for some years. The glasses can be taken off. They are bent from a single sturdy wire like doll glasses or paper clip glasses. Then wool blend yarn was wrapped and tied around the glass frames.
